How will I know what mine will look like?

After we receive your order and customization requests, our head installer John will hand-draw a sketch and our marketing director Sal will create a computer-generated render of your exact Window Box. Once you approve the design, we get to work!

How long will my Cat Tower take to arrive?

Please allow 3–5 weeks for fabrication and delivery. Each tower is handcrafted to order using premium materials designed to last 10+ years.

Do you offer installation?

We do not provide installation due to homeowner restrictions, HOA regulations, and liability concerns (for example, if a customer isn’t the actual property owner). However, we make the process simple:

Your Cat Tower arrives fully built.
We provide guidance on safe placement and securing methods.
If needed, our team can walk you through the setup remotely.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver within a 200-mile radius of Pine Bush, NY for $500. If you prefer, you can also arrange pickup with a truck or U-Haul directly from our shop.

Each tower is built 3ft x 4ft in width, with heights ranging from 6–7ft depending on the model.
