How do I know what mine will look like?

After we receive your order and customization requests, our head installer John will hand-draw a sketch and our marketing director Sal will create a computer-generated render of your exact Window Box. Once you approve the design, we get to work!

How long will my Window Box take to arrive?

Our Window Boxes are built to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for fabrication and delivery.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Pickup is in Pine Bush, NY. Any customers requesting delivery within a 200 mile radius are subject to a $500 delivery fee.

What colors are available?

We currently offer several finish options designed to blend with your home’s look. You’ll be able to select your color at checkout.

Can you install it for me?

Due to homeowner regulations, HOA restrictions, and liability concerns (such as customers not being the actual property owner), we do not offer direct installation. However, we make the process as simple as possible:

We provide a step-by-step installation guide to walk you through the setup.
Our team is available to answer questions and guide you through the process remotely.

This ensures your Window Box complies with any property or community rules while still giving your cats a safe, beautiful outdoor space.

Is my catio warrantied?

We don’t offer a formal warranty. Instead, we focus on doing an honest and ethical job from the start—using special wood and protective finishes designed to last 10+ years. If an act of nature or unforeseen event affects the performance of your Window Box or catio, our crew will gladly come out within 2 weeks to make necessary repairs for a $500 service fee + material costs.
