Our Terms of Sale outline the important details of purchasing from 2 Brothers Catios & Creations. Because every enclosure we build is custom and made-to-order, it’s important that you review these policies before completing your purchase. Below, you’ll find information on timelines, pickup and delivery, refunds, and our design approval process. These terms are here to protect both you and us, ensuring clarity and peace of mind from start to finish.

Purchase Agreement & Terms of Sale

Thank you for choosing 2 Brothers Catios & Creations. Every enclosure we build is a made-to-order, handcrafted creation designed specifically for your home and your cats. Please review the following terms, which apply to all purchases of cat towers, window boxes, and prefabricated units.


1. Made-to-Order Policy

All products are custom fabricated and made-to-order. Production timelines average 2–4 months, depending on project size, season, and scheduling.

2. All Sales Final

Because each order is custom built, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or returns will be accepted once your order is placed.

3. Materials & Custom Finishing

Upon purchase, we immediately allocate resources and procure materials tailored to your project. Once materials are prepared, cut, or painted to specification, they cannot be repurposed or returned, which is why orders are non-refundable.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup (Default): All purchases are for pickup only at our Hudson Valley location. During the production timeline, you will be notified one week in advance when your creation is available for pickup and provided with the exact address.

  • Delivery (Optional): Delivery is available for an additional $500 flat fee. If you select this option, we will notify you one week in advance to arrange your delivery date. We deliver within a 200-mile radius of Hudson Valley. For locations outside this area, please contact us for accommodation and a custom delivery quote.

5. Timeline & Scheduling

Our build process typically takes 2–4 months. This may vary depending on weather, workload, or design complexity. We will provide you with updates as your project moves through production.

6. How Can I Ensure What’s Delivered Is What I Want?

To guarantee your satisfaction, every project includes a design approval process before production begins:

  • Step 1 – Sketch: John will provide an initial hand sketch of your catio concept.

  • Step 2 – Digital Render: Within two weeks of your purchase date, Sal will create a computerized render based on your sketch and order details.

  • Step 3 – Customer Approval: You will review and approve the render before production begins.

Once you approve the render, your project will move into fabrication. At this point, the design is finalized and locked in, ensuring your creation is exactly as agreed. Because of this approval process, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after approval, and changes may incur additional costs.

7. How Can We Be Trusted?

With over 200 projects completed in the past 5 years and a history of all 5-star customer reviews, we have worked hard to earn our reputation as one of the most trusted and popular catio companies on the Northeast coast. We are not willing to risk that reputation, and every project we build is backed by our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

8. Customer Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. You understand that your project is a made-to-order creation, subject to a 2–4 month timeline, with pickup by default unless delivery is purchased, and that all sales are final with no refunds or cancellations permitted. You further acknowledge that you will approve a design sketch and computerized render before production begins, and that this approval confirms your satisfaction with the design.
